Dad treated the grandkids (and their parents) to a horse back trail ride. It was fun - and we'd like to do it again...especially since the whole gang wasn't there. Mom had to pass because she was w/ Grandma Eva at the nursing home (Grandma ended up passing away this week - we will miss her!) Alec will probably have several questions for me after the funeral. After grandpa's funeral 5 yrs ago, Autumn asked me if Grandma pushed Grandpa to heaven in his wheelchair. Brendan missed the trail ride because he flew out to NY for training (and I am missing him!) So far he's hit the cheesecake place & the Yankees Stadium. No fair that he's there and I'm here. Anyways, back to the horse ride. Amanda graciously stayed behind to watch Alec so I could go.
The group coming back in
Alec got a ride when we were done. I almost thought he was going to chicken out,but he sure got a big smile on his face after they started going.
My little girl is getting TOO big!
